This game involves rolling the dice and adding the numbers together, showing the working out in the ice cube tray, and deciding if the number is odd or even and recording this on the clip board.
The 'Think Board' is an open ended maths activity that allows the students to demonstrate their understanding of a chosen number in concrete, picture, symbol and word examples.
The 'Tower' game has students adding two dice together to make a number. The answer is represented in interlocking cubes.   The first to build a tower of 30 is the winner. Good questions to ask the students as they play this game is "What is the difference between your tower and your partners?" or "how many more cubes will you need to make 30?"
